Hyatt Regency Galleria Residence Dubai

Location is little tricky, even though it's in the city itself. The neighborhood is not good, but the room is very good recommended for families and big group instead of booking separate rooms, this is the good option to stay together and sleep in a separate bedroom. Breakfast is not very good but fine with the quality and quantity of the items, however, the staff is not cooperative and not welcoming specially the supervisor at 25th floor on 11 May 2025 was acting too hurry and he told to staff that close the breakfast items by 10:40 whereas, the end time declared was 11:00. He told the chefs working at live stations to stop and a chef responded that whatever I am preparing to finish and can't refuse to customers. Supervisors shall be more responsive and polite.

The apartment is very big and clean ,rooms are very comfortable

Hotel was nice and spacious. view was stunning. Breakfast was good. Perfect for families there was a fully funished kitchen with stove and dish washer and washing machine.

It was comfortable and spacious apartment. Good area for sitting in the living room. A mall is on the ground floor with ice rink and supermarket and eateries.

Room - We had the two bed room apartment. It was great, roomy and clean. Two full bathroom helped for 4 ppl. Full kitchen is there if needed. I wan able to make tea in the morning. Did not have any coffee machine.
